What is REIKI?

Reiki is the ancient art of hands on healing. By conducting the universal life force, also referred to as ki, chi or prana, the body's energy system is balanced to promote healing emotionally, physicaly or spiritually. Each one of the chakras is associated, tuned in if you will, to certain areas of the body. If you resonate with a different word for different chakras, then by all means use that word. This tool is intended to help you balance and clear energy blocks in the chakras. In order to help you become more peaceful and in the flow.
