Lonnie Ludvigson
Massage Therapist

My fee is $150 for an incredible 90 minute in home massage. People who think $150 is too much haven't tried my massage.

To encourage people to try my massage, new clients will receive one of the following:

Please give me a call on my cell phone at 319-540-6219.

Styles of massage - I do mostly a deep tissue Swedish massage, but I can go light as well. I have learned all osteopathic techniques in medical school and was certified at the highest level, as a Personal Trainer.  I offer medical massage, as well as prevention.

Corporate Chair Massage - I also offer chair massage at $90 an hour (10 minutes per person).  To understand the benefits of hiring a Massage Therapist for your convention, conference, expo, etc., click here.

I donate www.SwedishMassage.us gift certificates to Charities. Please let me know if you know of any worthy charities. Call 909-243-0677

The techniques I find most effective are deep tissue Swedish, Esalen, Lomi Lomi and sports massage.

Benefits of massage therapy:

Decreases STRESS!! - Stress exacerbates (or causes) nearly all medical conditions.  Stress decreases immunity, leads to heart disease, autoimmune conditions and cancer.  The entire body runs much better without stress.  Massage therapy not only decreases stress once it's present, but also helps prevent stress from developing in the first place by causing the reduction of physical stress (e.g. back pain, shoulder problems, etc.)

Increases circulation - There is a very dramatic increase in circulation when a massage is given.  There is also a temporary rise in blood pressure during a massage, followed by a decrease in blood pressure.  Massage does great things for the cardiovascular system.

Relaxes soft tissues - The soft tissues of the body (muscle, fascia & other connective tissue) can put pressure on nerves and not allow the nervous system to regulate body functions properly.

Best time to get a massage -  Massage Therapy is much more effective as prevention, rather than cure.  Your body has a memory, if you allow your body to be in a dysfunctional position for a long period of time, it will go back to that position even after the problem has been resolved with massage therapy.  People have a tendency, if they're feeling a little achy but not in a lot of pain, to feel like "it's not that bad, I don't want to spend the money".  But as their dysfunction increases it becomes "it's really bad now, it'll be worth the money".  But actually just the opposite is true.  If it's really bad it may take 2 or 3 massages a week for a few weeks to get better, where as it may only take one massage to prevent the problem from occurring in the first place.

www.SwedishMassage.us donates massage gift certificates to charities.
