Hi, I have extensive undergraduate education in nutrition and fitness, as well as Osteopathic medical school training. I was certified as a Personal Trainer at the highest level by the NSCA. I have also been a Massage Therapist for 17 years.

I only provide education, I do not supervise workouts.

My fee for an educational session is $100 and usually lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hrs.
