experience and over 1500 hours of training in massage, yoga, and holistic
studies. Massage MOSAIC describes
my synergistic blend of bodywork techniques such as

trigger point, circulatory, passive joint stretching,

sports massage. I am also a trained yoga instructor who
believes flexibility is vital to maintain health. I developed
